Budbot Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Budbot. We strive to provide our customers with a safe and transparent purchasing experience. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you may request to cancel it.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Note: Once shipping information has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.
2. Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Budbot's official website.
Products purchased through other retailers or platforms must be returned according to their respective return policies.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of installation or use
The product must be sealed in its original packaging
All original accessories and packaging must be included
The product must not show visible signs of use or damage
If the product shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection (e.g., scratches, removed protective film, or obvious wear), Budbot reserves the right to refuse the return or only grant a partial refund.
3. How to Apply for a Return
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer support:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the product is defective or damaged)
Return shipping for returns not due to product defects is paid by the customer.
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. If You Cannot Find Your Order Number
You can provide the following information to help us locate your order:
The email address used when placing the order
Recipient's name
Full delivery address
Your order number is typically found in:
Order confirmation email
Shipping confirmation email
Your customer account
5. Packaging Requirements for Return
Pack the product as follows:
Place the product in its original packaging
Place the original packaging inside a shipping carton
Use bubble wrap or protective material to safeguard the product
If the product is damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, the refund may be denied.
6. Return Address
Always contact our customer support to obtain the correct return address before sending the product back.
In many cases, we can offer a local return address within Europe.
Do not send the product directly to the address on the shipping label, as this may cause the return to fail.

Returns sent without approval may be denied a refund.
If you do not follow the return instructions, Budbot is not responsible for any resulting losses.
7. Return Shipping
In most cases, Budbot does not provide return labels.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the following cases:
The product is defective
The wrong product was sent
The product was damaged during shipping
8. Return Processing Time
When the return package arrives at our warehouse:
Inspection time: 5–7 business days
Refund initiated: within 48 hours of return approval
Estimated refund time:
US credit cards: 2–3 business days
International credit cards: 5–7 business days (depending on the bank)
9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
Check with neighbors or reception
Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If the package is damaged:
Take photos of the product and packaging
Contact the carrier if possible
Send order information and photos to our customer support
Budbot will help communicate with the carrier. If the carrier provides compensation, we will refund the corresponding amount to you.
10. Refund Policy
A full refund means the amount paid for the product is refunded.
However, the refund may be reduced if:
The product is damaged or missing parts
The product shows clear signs of use
The product is soiled or cannot be resold
Additionally:
Original shipping costs are not refunded
Returns not due to product defects may incur handling fees
11. Delivery Issues Caused by the Customer
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect delivery address
Refusal to accept the package
Package not being picked up in time
additional shipping costs may apply and be deducted from the refund.
12. Refund Method
Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
We cannot refund to a different bank account, card, or payment method.
13. Warranty Policy
All Budbot products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, Budbot will offer:
Repair
Replacement
Refund
14. How to Apply for Warranty Service

15. Warranty Validity Scope
The warranty applies only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period under proper use, we will provide warranty service.
16. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents, such as impacts, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or liquid spills
Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
Use that does not follow the product instructions
Damage caused by third-party equipment
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product
Commercial use or resale
Used or resold products
Rechargeable batteries are consumable items, and their capacity decreases over time. Battery replacement is not covered under the standard warranty.
Budbot reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy.

To protect your privacy, we ask you to contact us before returning or exchanging a device.
We recommend that before returning, you:
Back up the content on your SD card
Clear or format the SD card
